As a holistic death coach and life guide I work to create a safe and collaborative space for emotional healing and personal growth. I specialize in helping individuals uncover subconscious beliefs and habit patterns that give rise to stress, anxiety, and low self esteem. Integral to my work is the recognition of the interconnectedness of the mind and body in the way we process thoughts and emotions. I believe that healing and integration is not fully possible without taking the whole person into account. 

Professionally, I draw on experience as an end-of-life doula, behavioural interventionist, and mindfulness facilitator, to offer a unique set of tools and perspectives to help you better understand your internal world. I also call on more than a decade’s worth of mindfulness meditation, personal development, and mentorship experience, allowing me to speak first hand about the concepts and practices I share.

My goal is to help you live from a place of increased clarity, self-compassion and objectivity; allowing you to work through stressful situations, develop deeper, more meaningful relationships, embark on new endeavours and better navigate the challenges life throws your way. When we begin to live from a place of balance and authenticity we are able to step more calmly and whole-heartedly into whatever new experiences life has to share.
